So today is Day 4 of my "21 Consecutive Days of Fitness"! I had a killer at-home workout today that anyone can implement into their own routine. The most important part is getting moving and not giving up! Each exercise can be modified to fit anyone's fitness level, and you barely need any equipment. Grab a kettlebell, stopwatch, towel (trust me you'll be sweating) and go!
4 x 25 kettlebell swings (I used a 16kg KB)
3 x 15 KB snatches each arm
3 Rounds of:
20 Jumping Lunges each leg
15 Burpees (aka Squat Thrusts)
1 min. Plank
1 min. Side Plank each side
25 Serratus Crunches
