Great presentation with Dr. Mark Force the other night! What a following, about 60 plus people! I would again, like to make a special thank you to Dr. Force for allowing me to be a guest at his lecture and to introduce myself to such a wonderful group of people.
In addition, thank you to my parents, Sharon and Dennis Carey, for making their way to come listen to me talk. They have always been an inspiration and an enormous support system for me!
At the presentation, we talked about 5 different exercises that you can do at home. Squats, plank, hip bridges, push-ups, and burpees! These exercises are a great way to get a workout in at home, without needing any equipment. Try doing them for a set amount of time (ex. 30 sec.), one right after the other, and see how many times you can repeat the workout. If you’re not quite ready for that, pick a set number of reps (ex. 5-10) and allow yourself a short break in between exercises. Repeat 2-5 times.
The key is to get moving, and remember, never move into pain!
