I know many individuals in which pride is their only source of recognition. Does that mean they should let their guard down and succumb to the information they are lacking? Or stay in denial because they haven’t “seen” the facts happen before their eyes?
Everyday we are all faced with decisions on what we think should happen for ourselves and our families. Do I do what’s normal or what’s natural? Who’s to say? The government? Our parents? Friends? Doctors? Scientists?
What if it doesn’t work? What if I have been wrong this whole time? What if? What if? What if?
Who cares! Honestly, I love it when I am proved wrong! People try and do it all the time, and sometimes they succeed, and sometimes they don’t. Does that mean I consider myself a failure, or less intelligent? No. Chalk it up to another learning experience!
Everyone has different training beliefs and philosophies. They allow for a higher education of clients and myself, as well as awareness to the most beneficial ways to train. I practice Z-Health everyday with myself, my clients, my athletes, and my family. It's such an amazing tool and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of something so exciting for the future of health and fitness!
