Get A Great Night's Sleep!

It's amazing what a great night's sleep and a conscious change of attitude will do for you! After the last blog post, you could tell I was having a rough time in the motivation department. Well, after putting myself to bed, and consciously deciding to wake up with a better attitude, I have had a great workout and morning so far! Even though I didn't wake up as bright as the sun, I decided to stop moping and change my mindset. After all, no one is forcing me to do the things I choose to do, I am simply challenging myself to the limit mentally and physically. With that said, let's get into the workout of the day!!

4 Rounds:
50 x Jump Rope
5 ea. KB Windmills (again I used a 16kg KB)
5 ea. KB Snatches
3 ea. Pistols (with or without weight)

300 x Jump Rope
200 Abs

Try to take as little rest as possible, and work up a great sweat! If you don't have a kettlebell at home click here to order one.
