Awesome day today! The sun is shining, had great sessions with clients, and a great workout myself. Then it was off to the local grocery to pick up some fresh peppers and meat for the fajitas I was making. After lunch, I decided it was time to do some goal reviewing. What is my goal, are the sacrifices to get there worth it to me, and will I be satisfied with the outcome? So, what about you? Are you making goals that you feel are worth the "price" you have to pay to achieve them? Are you surrounding yourself with the tools to achieve your goals, and the right support to help you when you're struggling?
For me, an amazing support system is key! We all know the things we must do to achieve our goals, but not all of us have a support system to fall back on when we feel like giving up. So, whether it's your parents, siblings, boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, children, friends, etc., (you get the picture) allow yourself to be open to those that know you best and can help keep you on track of your goals. Sometimes we all need a shoulder to cry on, or someone to give us a swift kick in the rear to keep us going.
With that said, I did today's workout at the gym so I could use some different implements. If you don't have a gym membership that doesn't mean you're let off of today's workout, got it!? Try to complete the rounds with as little rest as possible and your shirt should be drenched with sweat!
