- What is Carey On Fitness? It is a compilation of years of gymnastics, physical therapy, personal training, and life experiences. As a collegiate gymnast, I learned many lessons about my body and mind, but not only during college but continually to this day. Each day has brought me more experience and understanding of what is important to people and myself, allowing for me to grow as a fitness coach. With each situation I try to individually address goals (physically and mentally) to help each client have the success they desire and deserve. Whether it is fat loss, muscle gain, better movement, or simply confidence, I used implements such as kettlebells, Z-Health, body-weight exercises, suspension units, and much more to achieve the ultimate fitness goals.
